Attendees: Doug Lohmeier, Bill Puthoff, John Ranz, Mayor Apking, Jack Cameron, Chief Cruse & Chief Korte
I. Police
• Monthly items
GE Strike has been settled no Implication form the negotiations
Chief Korte requested support to trade in old cruiser in to Camp Safety for service credit of $2600. We have done this in the past. Committee was in agreement to the recommendation.
II. Fire
• Monthly items
Job replacement opening for administrative assistant has been posted as a part-time position. At the direction of the Mayor the position will now be part-time and will be evaluated in the future.
III Other
Mayor Apking presented the bid results for the road project and municipal ground lighting. Discussion pursued on the projects in relationship to the current revenue and expenditures. Consensus on the road project minus the sidewalks was agreed by full committee. Mr. Puthoff supported the municipal lighting.
Adjournment: Motion by Mr. Ranz seconded Mr. Puthoff at 7:38 all in favor.
